Gaston Mille has been a family SME located in the south of France since 1912. French safety footwear manufacturer our know-how, for 108 years, has been oriented towards security, innovation and the well-being of our clients âOur job, their protection!â. We market our products around the world, with a large and faithful distribution network.
In order to strengthen our Trade Export team and to develop our US subsidiary (located in Chicago â Illinois) we are looking for an
SALES MANAGER USA H/F
You are ideally based in Chicago â Illinois.
Attached to the International sales Director, your missions will be to sell the range of security shoes Gaston Mille to our existing customers and prospects (B to B). It is also necessary to ensure that our footwear is made more attractive to users. 80 % of your time will be on the land in contact with customers. You will be accountable to your N + 1 through your Outlook and a CRM. A monthly report will be requested.
As such, you will be required to :
â To be the trade mark ambassador, to sell & explore on the geographical areas you are responsible for,
â Analysing client needs and providing them with technical solutions through our catalogue, maintaining and developing product benchmarks,
â Prospecer of new markets, search, set up new distributors,
â Aniche and loyalty to the existing network of distributors/customers through regular visits and a high quality relationship; Recovery and sale of new products,
â To be included in trade fairs and exhibitions,
â Monthly monitoring of the market, identifying opportunities on new business
â Ensure that orders are properly executed with ADV.
Monitoring customer settlements in cooperation with the accounts.
Thus, the reporting required for the proper monitoring of your activity concerns:
Commercial results,
â monthly sales reports, rounds (customer visits, user requirements, etc.).
â You will be required to travel to the mother house in Vaucluse for commercial meetings (twice a year) and/or training standards and products as required.
Frequent travel with an average of 4 visits (two out of which are fixed in advance) and if you have 20 telephone contacts and Mails per day.
